The Bread Bin is The Trusts' social enterprise and offers a much needed community service whilst offering employment to seven people. The purchase of the Bread Bin in 2004/05 was seen as a significant first step for The Trust into the Food Hub. The Management Committee provided strong support for the approach and the local community welcomed our venture. |

The Bread Bin is a community bakey based in Amble, from where it produces all the typical products seen on the high street. As well as bread, rolls, cakes, scones and pies the bakey produces a range of speciality breads to compliment the usual range.
